New Life Sahavas for Beloved Meher Baba, Seventeenth Annual, October 15-17, 2010

Location: Camp La Foret (719-495-2743) is located directly east of the Air Force Academy on 500 wooded acres in The Black Forest.

Accommodations: We are trying to make new arrangements for the cabins that will provide a greater number of non-bunk beds. Check back for updates when we get closer to the date.

IMPORTANT—What to bring: Be sure to bring your own sheets, blankets (or sleeping bag), pillow and pillow case, toiletries, washcloth and towel, flashlight, hiking boots and winter clothing. Meals are included in the cost but you can bring snacks. Of course, feel free to bring music, a musical instrument, a Baba picture for your room, videos and books. As in past years, there will be “Baba Boutique” with items for sale.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 3:00 PM, Friday, October 15. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm. Check-out is by 2:00 PM, Sunday October 17.

Carpools: An experience such as Sahavas is often enhanced when shared with others. By sharing a ride to and from Sahavas you will have time to reflect with other Baba lovers on Baba’s beautiful message. We encourage carpooling.

Meals: La Foret staff prepares eight delicious meals for us that include vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Meals are served family-style in the cozy dining hall and begin with Friday’s supper at 6:00 pm. If you have other dietary needs, please contact Bob Jaeger (303-761-0912) before September 31, 2010.

Registration Information:"Full Weekend" cost will cover two nights lodging, six meals prepared by La Foret, and a share of the travel and lodging expenses for our guest. Payment for registration will not be accepted at the Sahavas.

All Sahavas registration must be completed by September 15, 2010 the camp expects full payment 45 days before the event!

Costs:
Final fees for 2010 Sahavas will be announced as we get closser to October.
